1. Definitions
"The Platform" means the FaChai Ball website, mobile web and app. "User" means a natural person who has completed registration. "Bet" means a wager submitted before a round closes and confirmed by the system. "Valid turnover" means the total stake of settled bets, excluding cancelled, refunded and hedged bets.
2. Eligibility and territory
You must be at least 18 and of full legal capacity to register. By registering you confirm that online betting is lawful where you live and that you are not on any self-exclusion or prohibition register. We may ask for proof of age and identity at any time; accounts that cannot provide it are frozen.
3. Your account
One account per person, per device and per household address. Accounts may not be transferred, lent or shared. Keep your credentials safe — losses caused by disclosed credentials are yours to bear. Where duplicate accounts or play-on-behalf is found, we may close every related account and void the winnings.
4. Verification and anti-money-laundering
Identity verification — name, IC or passport number and document photos — is required before your first withdrawal, and the payout account must be in the same name. We review large or unusual money movements under AML rules and may ask for proof of source of funds; the amounts concerned are held while that review runs.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits credit instantly through the payment channels we publish — never transfer to a personal account. Withdrawals require the matching turnover to be met, with per-transaction and daily limits as shown on the Withdraw page, and normally arrive within 1–15 minutes of approval. Deposits made through unauthorised methods or third-party accounts may be refused and returned.
6. Betting and settlement
The server record is authoritative for every bet. Bets are not accepted once a round closes, and a confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or amended. Results are confirmed against both the live stream and an independent API, and payouts settle automatically at the odds listed under How to Play. If a stream failure, data anomaly or system fault prevents a round from drawing, every bet on that round is refunded in full.
7. Promotions
Each promotion's conditions, turnover multiple, validity and cap are as stated on its own page, and promotions do not stack unless expressly said otherwise. Abuse through hedged betting, multiple accounts, scripts or any similar method may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings from it.
8. Responsible gaming
We provide daily deposit caps, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and tightening a limit takes effect immediately. During self-exclusion the account cannot bet or deposit and the period cannot be lifted early. We send no marketing to excluded accounts. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone close to you, contact support or seek professional help.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not bet using bots, scripts, injectors or any automation; profit from a bug, latency or a mispriced market; attack, scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform; or post unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content. Accounts that do are closed permanently and the balance is forfeited.
10. Intellectual property
Our trade marks, logo, the FaChai Ball mascot, interface design, copy, imagery and source code are protected by copyright and trade mark law. None of it may be copied, modified, redistributed or used commercially without written permission.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failure, or a third-party payment or streaming provider. To the fullest extent the law allows we exclude indirect, incidental and punitive damages, and our total liability is capped at the stake of the disputed bet.
12. Closing an account
You may close your account at any time through support, once all open bets have settled and the balance has been withdrawn. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is suspected of fraud or money laundering, or has been dormant for 12 consecutive months, and will deal with any remaining balance as the law requires.
13. Disputes
If you dispute a bet or its settlement, contact support within 24 hours of the draw with the round number, bet ID and any screenshots; we reply within one business day. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way are governed by the law of our place of registration.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time and will announce material changes by inbox message or notice. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, please stop using it and ask us to close your account.
