1. Confirmed bets
A bet counts once our server has received and confirmed it. If your connection drops after that, the bet stands: the round draws and settles as normal, the payout credits automatically, and you can check it under My Bets.
2. Unconfirmed bets
If you lose connection after tapping Confirm Bet but before seeing the success message, log back in and check My Bets. Anything that does not appear there was never accepted, and nothing was deducted.
3. Stream interruptions
A dropped stream does not affect the draw. Results come from the official data our system receives over the API, and a replay is kept so you can check. Once the picture is back, the round and its replay are in the Results hall.
4. System faults
If a platform fault stops a round from drawing or settling, every bet on that round is refunded in full and we tell you by inbox message.
5. Disputes
If a settlement looks wrong, contact support within 24 hours of the draw with the round number and bet ID. We reply within one business day.
